Couple weeks delayed posting this, but had to share! For my 38 bday celebration my husband & I went to Brighton. We got a beautiful premium room at Holiday Inn with a sea view. For my bday celebration we ate at the tastiest restaurant . For the following two days we explored Brighton beach, went up on the (saw amazing views of Brighton), had fun taking photos in the , and then hiked the . We did quite a bite in two days, and it was just the best. Cheers to another year - making memories and hitting goals. Can’t wait to see what this next year has in store.

2026 is already looking promising!

First bit of exciting news, I am thrilled to announce that I have been offered a place on the Women In Journalism 2026 Mentoring Scheme. I feel so honored that I have the opportunity to connect with a mentor who has so much experience in the field of journalism that I am so passionate about. I can not wait to see what doors open this coming year.

Since the pandemic, I stopped doing quite a bit of what I loved to do, which is write in my travel blog. After my most recent trip and having some free time on my hands, I've decided to get back into my travel blog.

Most recently, my husband and I went to Dublin, Ireland for a fun getaway. We did so much in three days. We explored cathedrals, tourist attractions (such as the Book of Kells), and went to distilleries and brewers to try some of the most popular whiskey and beers. We had a blast! My husband and I decided to take a day trip to see - and was well worth it! The day was beautiful and so was the castle. Definitely a perfect day to get out and about 🥰☀️🏰

On Sunday my husband and I went to our second NFL game in London for the New York Jets vs Denver Broncos. Not only was the weather perfect, but the game was great too and we had great seats!

Funny thing, I’m a fan of both teams, so I was cheering for both, which confused people. Oh well, I had a good time and the Broncos won in the end, ‘let’s go BRONCOS’!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😆🎉

It brings me so much joy when I get to watch my American football, so to be able to do that here in the UK is pretty cool ☺️💖🏈🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Last day in Greece, heading back home today, don’t wanna go!!! 😢🏝️🏖️🥂🍹🌅

We loved Greece! 😍🇬🇷 Our last island, Mykonos, was just mesmerizing - the windmills, the boat ride to Rineia island and visiting the archaeological site of Delos , the delicious food at Cocco Mykonos, and the sunsets - everything was just perfect!
