The Festival Supplier Awards 2025 will be held at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London on 30th January 2025.

The Festival Supplier Awards were launched to recognise the achievements and hard work of outdoor event suppliers. With the festival sector diversifying rapidly in the last few years, meaning it’s so much more than ‘rock ‘n’ roll’, we wanted to provide a platform to celebrate the ‘behind-the-scenes’ teams that are the lifeblood of any successful festival.

The Festival Supplier Awards will return on Thursday 30th January 2025 in a new venue.

The Grand Hall within the De Vere Connaught Rooms in central London will play host to outdoor event suppliers, production companies and organisers when they come together early next year. It’s in a fantastic location, the décor is stunning and the team are as welcoming as they are experienced.

The Festival Supplier Awards cover a multitude of outdoor event essentials, from staging, crowd management, temporary structures and crewing to crowd barriers, toilets, technology and visual spectaculars. There are also awards recognising green suppliers, site and production management, supplier teams and unsung heroes.
Entries for 2025 officially open on 2nd September. If you want to steal a jump on your competitors then entry forms are available now.

The countdown to entries opening for the 2024 Festival Supplier Awards has begun!

In the meantime you can submit nominations for your Unsung Hero and Supplier Team of the Year.

In a change to the voting process, this year we’re asking the industry for nominations in both categories.

The eight individuals and companies that receive the most nominations will then be invited to submit an entry with the winners decided by our judging panel!
