A week ago today, we had The Fossoway Gathering! How time has flown! Especially so for the Normans!

📢 Calling all Aspiring Leaders in the Point & Sandwick area!

Thanks to funding from the Point and Sandwick Trust on the Isle of Lewis, we are offering a fully funded, 2-day leadership programme for eight locally-based people who would like to get more involved in the community!

During the programme you will:

🤔 Explore leadership and the key responsibilities of a leader
🤝 Create a picture of what sort of leader is appropriate for your community
💪 Develop a clearer understanding of your strengths and areas for development
🙋 Make a plan to develop yourself as a leader in the community
🗣 Meet local leaders and get the opportunity to become involved with the boards on which they sit

📅Takes place on Friday 21 & Saturday 22 March at Aros an Rubha in Point.
