Bespoke isn’t always the answer…sometimes a celebration just needs something delicious 🤌🏻😍

The classic Chocolate cake - just a tad elevated 👀

Filled with rings of Milk chocolate ganache and dark chocolate buttercream.

Coated in a layer of milk chocolate ganache, finished with textured buttercream!

Topped with a milk chocolate drip, dark chocolate shards, truffles and a toasted cake crumb

It’s indulgent, balanced and it’s got all the textures 🫶🏻

Happy 2nd Birthday, Eve 🍓

And apparently I’ve got a new obsession with making strawberries 😂 If you saw my stories, you would have seen my excitement making these little gems!

The sponges were doused in a strawberry syrup made from the strawberry tops (no waste here my friends)

This cake got filled with that beautiful, glossy buttercream that you saw…it tastes like ice cream 👀 and of course got some delightful rings of tangy strawberry jam 🤤
