Slow start to the week for me with the boys being Ill 🙈 but thank God they are both feeling better and back to school today 🙏🏾

On weeks like this naturally motherhood takes up more of me and that happens. Sometimes work takes up more of me but whatever the case I still add myself to my list in one way or another.

For example the other day after being vomited on for the whole night 🙃 I took 30 mins and had a bubble bath and watched a show, it’s not much but it made such a difference.

I say all of this to say doesn’t matter how you do it make sure you add YOURSELF to your to do list ✨
