Before you step out today, pause.
Do a quiet breath-check. If it’s not giving “fresh,” fix it! There's no shame there. It's just hygiene.
These are some simple handy practices
1. Brush (for like 2 mins. Brush gently o! Your gums are nor cement blocks.
2. Scrape your tongue (this is where most odour hides)
3. Rinse after meals
4. Drink water regularly. Dry mouth provides a home for bacteria to party
5. Carry a dental floss, leave toothpick please. That stuff isn't good for your teeth! Trapped food turns toxic fast. So floss it away!
Bad breath isn't just another "smell mot,” it’s bacteria eating & releasing sulphur gases.
Simple habits will get you big upgrade and it's a flex in itself! 😉
