Consistency is a total buzz word right now!

First up, Are you confusing consistency with constantly?

This is something so many business owners do! When I say ‘show up consistently’ that isn’t me saying you need to show up for 3 hours live every single day, every single week, month, year etc. I’m just saying show up as much as you can, consistently, week in, week out. Even if that’s twice a week. Make sure it’s every week.

Make sure you set yourself a goal. What do you want to turn into a habit? Write it down and add it to your daily to-do list.

Implementation is always the hardest part right? This is where you have to suck it up and stick with it. Be uncomfortable. Be bored. Be annoyed. Just make sure you DO the DOING.

If you don’t, you’ll just end up re-reading this post in another few months being sceptical because ‘last time it didn’t work’ but you just didn’t commit to it and do the actual task.

Let’s talk content planning…

Is your notes app on your phone full of random bullet points for content ideas but get lost in the sea of other notes? 🙈

Well I’ve been using my own template content calendar for the last 6 years for myself + clients so I know everything is in one place. My pillars, my brain dump, my hooks, everything I need to have my content planned + scheduled so I’m not chasing my tail everyday.

Day 1/30 ✌🏼

It takes 60 days to turn a task into a habit (statistically).

But I’m starting with 30 days.

Something I’ve never fully been consistent with is fitness.

I’ve always been all or nothing with it. So I’m giving myself 30 days. 30 days of walks outside, come rain or shine. To some it might seem silly but to me, it’s a big deal.

I’ll be sharing stories daily to hold myself accountable and share my progress.

Networking is scary.

I’ve ran my own networking events for the last 3 years {in person and online} and even I get sweaty palms at the thought of entering someone else’s networking event.

A room full of people you don’t know feels like the first day of school all over again right!?

Well mine are different.

You join from the comfort of your own home (or coffee shop). Come in PJs or a sequin dress and nobody will bat an eyelid. I’ve even had women attend with baby puke down their shoulder. Oh yeah, did I mention, we’re always 100% kid friendly? I’ve ran my business with my kids in tow for the last 6 years, I know how difficult it can be mixing work and children and that’s why I’ve created a safe space for you.

So push yourself out of your comfort zone and come and meet the nicest, most inclusive women I’ve ever met 👑

• embrace typos and your grammatical errors
• start having genuine conversations

Running a business is LONELY 😞

We all think that being your own boss means unlimited holidays, constant freedom, days filled with unicorns and rainbows.

But once the honeymoon period is over, reality kicks in.

YES you *can* have freedom and it can be magical but it also means...

Staff meetings are you just talking to yourself
Somedays involve zero actual adult conversations
Seasonal get-togethers are a distant memory
You can kiss after work get-togethers goodbye
You probably second guess every idea
You get stuck in a rut being at home

While I can't be by your side everyday, I try my best to eliminate the loneliness as much as possible. I can give you;

🍒 monthly online networking events; so you can meet other females in business who won't judge but will support and listen
👑 regular online co-working where you work through your own to-do list but among others. I'm giving you the opportunity to share what you're working on, ask for advice and most importantly receive accountability for your tasks
⚜️ a private WhatsApp group with a bunch of fantastic women, all supporting, celebrating and learning together. Think of it like your bestie group chat... but business... well mainly
