Trips to the local farm shops and bakery are Celyn's favourite thing to do...mine too 😋

If my pork pies and amazing bread from Snapes Bakery lasts the journey, we'll be eating them on the way back from the shooting range at Field Sport UK and then heading home to slow cooked beef cheeks from Baa Hill Farm Shop That's after we've had their sausages and eggs for breakfast, of course!

Land Rovers, dogs, fresh air, target practice, and some or the best local food... this is what weekends are about! In fact, this is what every day is about at Sunshine HQ 👌❤️

Nope, the dulcet tones of the 300tdi approaching the car park were Sunshine rocking up to begin training for strongwoman comps again 💪

It's been a while since I trained to that level, and it's bloody awesome to be back at it ❤️

Ngl it does look like I might have brought a couple of sheep with me though 😂

Christmas Greetings, Salutations of the Season, Merry New Year, and Happy Birthday should it apply 👍

I've barely posted recently. The honest reason is that I'm enjoying being a feral escapee from middle earth, and dragging myself virtually back to update social media actually feels painful. While I like to sneak back and see what you're all up to, I'm not half as motivated to share from my end.

The point of a Landy or any 4x4 (imo, other opinions are available) is the freedom they give you and the epic places they take you physically but also mentally. In my case, this would be the middle of nowhere physically and places of delicious headspace. Those who visit nowhere only occasionally are bound to want to shout about it, but those of us who get to spend most of our time there like it so much we become very protective of our peace.

I will be posting over the coming year as I teach more people to find their peace in the wilderness. Bushcraft, survival, resilience, foraging, hunting, butchery, wood and leatherwork, cold water immersion, herbalism and natural first aid, and wild cookery skills are my daily life, and I'll be teaching them to (very) limited groups and private individuals/groups throughout the year.
