My girlfriend absolutely spoiled me with this one. ❤️🫶🏻
She surprised me with this Ghost of Yotei DualSense controller holder from an amazing Etsy creator and I’m obsessed with how it looks in my setup.

The LED base lights up the whole design perfectly, and seeing the artwork glowing under the controller just hits different. It fits in so nicely with my Ghost of Yotei collection/theme and honestly feels like a proper collector’s piece.

Being part of the Curveball Games Creator Team means I get to dive into some brilliant indie titles before they hit the wider spotlight. This month, Curveball sent over two completely different experiences for me to explore, one cosy 2D platformer on my Switch 2, and one chaotic arcade throwback on PS5.

The Ghost of Yotei PS5 Slim in Black looks even better in person, the matte finish, the clean lines, and that subtle detailing make it feel like a proper collector’s piece rather than just a console refresh. It’s sleek, it’s understated, and it fits perfectly into my living room setup.

After spending more time with the 𝗟𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬 𝟮𝟮𝟴𝟬, I’m honestly impressed with how much smoother my PS5 feels. Load times are quicker, swapping between games feels instant, and managing my library finally isn’t a constant battle.

I keep a mix of big AAA titles, indies, and the usual backlog I swear I’ll get to, so storage fills up fast. With this SSD, I can keep my main rotation installed, archive the huge games I dip in and out of, and still have space for new releases without that dreaded storage warning.

Where it really stands out is speed. The PS5 needs an SSD that hits Sony’s requirements, and this one keeps up effortlessly…fast boots, fast loads, and no stutter when jumping between modes or games.

I’ve been playing REANIMAL with my girlfriend this week, and it hooked us straight away. It has that unmistakable Tarsier Studios energy — the same unsettling, cinematic vibe you get from Little Nightmares — but pushed into something more ambitious, more emotional, and honestly more intense when you’re experiencing it together.

The world feels heavy and eerie from the moment you start. You’re dropped into these ruined, waterlogged environments full of strange creatures and unsettling moments, and the game never tells you exactly what’s going on… it just lets the atmosphere do the talking. That’s what makes it so gripping. You’re constantly piecing things together through the environment, the animations, the way the camera moves — all those little storytelling details Tarsier are known for.

Playing in co‑op adds a whole different layer. The dynamic camera keeps both characters in frame, which sounds simple, but it creates this shared tension where every chase, every puzzle, every quiet moment feels like you’re surviving it together. It reminded me a bit of Inside and Limbo in the way it builds dread, but the emotional beats and teamwork moments definitely lean closer to Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and It Takes Two.

It’s dark, it’s weird, it’s beautiful in that slightly grotesque Tarsier way — and we’re already obsessed. Can’t wait to see where this story goes.
