We’re looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic individual with experience in social media and digital marketing. You’ll work across multiple client accounts, creating content, managing Facebook and Instagram, launching Meta campaigns, producing reels and graphics, managing Google Business Profiles, reporting on performance and supporting wider marketing activity.

Experience with Canva is essential, with CapCut, photography, video editing and Google Analytics experience also beneficial.

Ideally, you’ll have around 2 years’ relevant experience, although candidates with 1 year of strong, demonstrable experience will also be considered.

After 2 years of planning, building and testing, we’ve officially taken our first paid order on ServeOS – our brand new ordering system, designed and developed entirely in-house by the Foodserve team. 🎉

This is a huge milestone for everyone involved, and we’re excited to keep you updated as we roll out across the summer.

ServeOS ordering is just the beginning. Over the coming weeks, we’ll also be introducing our fully integrated EPOS system and self-service touchscreen kiosks, bringing everything together into one seamless platform.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, tested the system and shared feedback along the way. Your input has helped shape what comes next.

We were delighted to welcome the Deputy First Minister, Emma Little-Pengelly MLA, along with Julie Middleton MLA, to Foodserve HQ today.

It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the innovation taking place here in the North West and to discuss some of the key challenges currently facing the hospitality sector, including the impact of VAT, business rates and the ongoing difficulties businesses face in recruiting and retaining staff.

We also shared our vision for ServeOS—our next-generation hospitality technology platform, designed and developed entirely in Northern Ireland—which is preparing for launch this summer. With plans to expand across the UK, Europe, the USA and beyond, we're proud to be building technology with global ambition while creating skilled jobs here at home.

The hospitality sector has come together to launch - a united campaign and petition calling for hospitality VAT to be reduced from 20% to 10%.
Spearheaded by chef and publican Tom Kerridge, we're working alongside trade bodies across the sector, such as British Beer & Pub Association, the Bll, and Hospitality Ulster, hospitality communities like CODE Hospitality, and you, businesses across hospitality, to say 10% VAT is fair for hospitality.
Our sector pays too much tax, and VAT is the single biggest lever the Government can pull to support venues, our customers, our high streets and our local communities.
This campaign is for everyone: businesses, customers, waiting staff, chefs, kitchen porters, bar staff, hotel teams, farmers, brewers, suppliers and producers.
