I recently worked with a business that came to me convinced they needed help with social media. 📱

After looking at everything together, it became clear that wasn't the biggest issue.

Their website wasn't guiding people towards making an enquiry.

Their Google Business Profile needed updating.

Their online presence wasn't working together.

Once we improved those foundations, enquiries increased and the business grew enough to start planning an expansion. ✨

That's why I never jump straight to recommending a service.

One thing I've noticed from working with lots of small business owners...

Most of the time, the problem isn't that they need to create more content.

It's that they're not quite sure what they're trying to say.

Who are they talking to?
What do they actually want people to know?
What do they want someone to do next?

Once you've got those things clear, creating content becomes so much easier.
You're not sat staring at a blank screen wondering what to post because you know what message you're trying to get across.

That's why I nearly always start with strategy before we even think about content.
