OUTCAST, but not OUTCLASSED.

It doesn't mean you're not as deserving, as able, or as powerful. All it means is that you don’t fit the mould other people are comfortable with. You stride your own path, and that can be a source of discomfort to them.

They may not get you, they may avoid you, hell, they might even reject you but none of this invalidates your worth.

When you’re outcast, you have 2 choices:

You can stay there and try to fit in their world or let your truth rise & build your own!

There’s more to being outside the circle than you assume. It often, dare I say it, means you are already ahead of it, thinking differently, moving differently, and seeing possibilities others haven’t seen yet.

Outcast is what they label you. Outclassed is what you make it for yourself. And the fact is, you are not overmatched. You’re surging, you’re developing into something impossible to ignore.

The world that once kicked you, will one day ask how you did it!

So wear the title proudly. It’s not so much that you are outclassed; you are in a different class.

You Are Doing Well.

Don't be pressured into believing that you are behind.

Being broke is not a sign that you are not doing well. Itsn't a measure of failure either. If you are broke building something, then you are a success story.

The craze measuring success by the size of your bank account is dvmb.

Many of you who feel you have not made any progress have actually made substantial progress unknowingly.

If you have done amazing things that no one has done in your family, that's a great record. That's a great success. But we feel that we are little because it does not come with plenty of money.

Monetization of success is what depresses a lot of winners without deep pockets. That mindset has to shift.

Today, I am giving you your flowers and a pat on the back, saying to you that you are a success story.

Success is not just about instant stuff. It is sometimes building something that outlive you. It doesn't have to be Fortune 500 firms. It could be something as simple as raising a brother or sister through schools.

These are lifetime legacies. Many times, we build these things broke.

No help from anywhere.
No support from any quarter.

You just keep building leveraging your purpose. That's huge. With or without money, that is a great success.

Raising our own kids through schools, catering for our aged parents, impacting our communities, etc, are the things we don't regard as success, which, of course, they are.

We take these things for granted; and so we appeared stranded.

Lock in.
Put your eyes on the ball.

Stay connected to everything that inspires your intention.

Every second spent doing something about your intentions; every minute spent building your life is well carved.

But the seconds spent elsewhere are a distraction.

Be prepared at all times.

You never can tell exactly when it is going to be your own time:

Your own season.
Your transformation.
Be prepared.

Stay locked in preparedly no matter what.

Persevere!

Today, I simply want to encourage the broken hearted.

This is me saying that your time will come. No matter the stage or where you are at presently; the universe will push you through to that true place you earnestly deserve and desire.

You could easily be distracted into evíļ competitions with the people that are doing well for themselves. Please restrict the urge as giving in to it comes with some levels of destruction.

Be contented and believe that your season of joy will come as you continue to strive to thrive. The greater vow you must constantly renew is contentment.

Nothing opens you to real valuable people other than contentment in your dealings. Whatever life gives you, no matter how little accept it with gratitude.

If others have mansion and you only have a hut, do not be ashamed. Believe that your own time will come. If others have beverages and you only have gari, embrace it with grace. Your thriving season will come.

You must understand that contentment does not kill ambition but fuels it as you constantly keep figuring things out

Life comes with different dimensions and entrants into it are quite different.

Life is in stages.

Everyone comes from a different dimension, so don't compare. Be reminded that if you come from nothing, slowly is the sure plug to your eventual rising.

Listen, be patient, be positive and persevere; every good thing of life will come to you.

Share this with someone who needs to be reminded that his time of greatness beckons.

Expand Your Leverage.

Dear young people, use every available opportunity at your disposal to scale.

I would like to remind you that the season of your youth is filled with endless opportunities, openness, and resilience.

But the thing is, every opportunity has an expiry date. No advantage lasts a lifetime.

Now that you still have the age on your side, seek the following with vigour and immediately:

📌 Seek scholarship.
📌 Seek grants.
📌 Seek business partnerships.
📌 Seek collaborations.

Leverage your age to scale very fast.

You know why?

A time will beckon that some opportunities will emerge bringing demographic limitations.

Things like age restrictions, geographical restrictions, and historical restrictions.

Do well to start paying attention to the above-mentioned.

✅️ You are not growing younger.
✅️ You are growing older daily.

So the world has program it to believe that your values are dropping. The system regards this as diminishing returns.

Once you hit your 40s, you will begin to notice this pattern.

There will be new chapter!

When it comes, it would turn things around for your good.

Regardless of the weight you presently carry, a new season will emerge that would give you a much lesser burden but perhaps with bigger commitments.

Commit to improving yourself daily. Bear in mind that you can't be everybody’s man or woman.

Therefore, when some people are clapping for you in your new horizon, be reminded that there will equally be a backstabbing from another quarters.

Whichever way your life’s journey takes you; be reminded that you have every reason to live boldly; and on your own terms.

Be happy as you continue to find your compass.

Build Your Own Garden.

Recently, I was invited as a guest speaker in a boardroom meeting filled with diverse captains of industries.

I went there with just one message: Build Your Garden - very nourishing. Talk about it consistently to the ears of every single person from your way out of the garden gates untill every day person aim to have a bite of your fruits.

It could be metaphorical. But it was clear enough for a grab.

📌 Build your skills.
📌 Build a capacity.
📌 Build values.

Take them to the market consistently until people begin to have a life-changing encounter with your offers.

Do this every time, and you will always be on the people's list of needs.

Systems will get you RICH faster than posture.

Most of us think it is when we are physically present in every aspect of our days that guarantees our productivity, efficiency, and desired results in our businesses or even personal lives.

While partially sufficient, this explanation is, in a sense, much too narrow.

The truth is no matter how much of a workaholic or super worker you are, you can’t be in all places at one time and you also can’t be everywhere you want to be setting up shop just so you can control every situation you are involved with.

Your presence has limits, and a well-built system does not.

A system, when developed, will work on various sites at a single time, providing consistency, efficiency, and scalability without your physical involvement.

This doesn’t just provide you the time to focus on strategy and growth, but it also provides you with a system that helps make your life a little easier and your business sustainable in the long term.

The stronger the system, the less you need to be there, and the greater the leverage your impact has.

Consider: systems, not simply business machines but the very leveraging engine of wealth and long-term success.
