One of the things clients are increasingly valuing is our ability to combine design and production. By creating both the brochure and film, we were able to carry the same visual language, messaging and storytelling throughout the project, creating a stronger and more coherent final result.

CASTING CALL:
Paid roles

Serious Glass Productions are looking for performers for a charity film shooting in the Portsmouth area in mid-March 2026.

We are seeking actors - ideally local to Portsmouth or the surrounding areas - or with easy access to Portsmouth - for the following 5 roles:

Role 1
Male, no beard, short hair, fit and healthy physique
Age range: 20s-40s
Ethnicity: White/British

Role 2:
Female, mother character
Age range: 25-40
Ethnicity: Any ethnicity/Mixed heritage

Role 3:
Female child
Age range: 6-10 yrs
Ethnicity: Any ethnicity/Mixed heritage - NB: same ethnicity/heritage as mum character (and ideally the real-life daughter of our mum).

(NB: Production will comply fully with UK child performance regulations.)

Role 4:
Male, no beard, short hair, fit and healthy physique
Age range: 30s-50s
Ethnicity: White/British

Role 5:
Female, with warm, kindly face
Age range: 30s-60s
Ethnicity: White/British

PLEASE NOTE: This is a charity film, but these are paid positions, requiring approximately one day’s filming per role.
