💚 RACE DAY INFORMATION 💚

We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to Ederney this Saturday!

Please see some important race-day information below 👇

🏃 EVENT START – 10:00am

The event will start and finish at Ederney St Joseph’s GAC Clubrooms.

🎽 RACE NUMBER & T-SHIRT COLLECTION

Race numbers can be collected from the Ederney St Josephs GAC Clubrooms between 8:30am and 9:30am.

Anyone who registered online on or before 6 September can also collect their event T-shirt at this time when collecting their race number.

✍️ INSURANCE WAIVER

All participants will be required to sign an insurance waiver when collecting their race number. Anyone who registered on behalf of a child will be asked to complete the appropriate waiver on their behalf.

📝 LATE REGISTRATION

Late registration will be available on Saturday morning between 8:30am and 9:15am at Ederney GAA Clubrooms.

🚗 PARKING & ARRIVAL

Parking is available at the GAA Grounds and at St Joseph’s Hall on the Castlederg Road. Please allow plenty of time for parking, late registration/race number collection and making your way to the start area.

☕ POST-RACE

Light refreshments will be available in the Clubrooms following the event.

We’ll also have some fun children’s activities afterwards, including face painting, temporary tattoos, music and sweet treats.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 2K FUN WALK

The 2K is very much a family-friendly event and buggies and children’s scooters are welcome.We just ask everyone using buggies, scooters, etc. to be mindful of other participants and to follow the instructions of our marshals along the route.

🚻 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Toilet and changing facilities are available within the Clubrooms.

🏃‍♂️💚 Wednesday Evening - Ederney 5K Route! 💚🏃‍♀️

With the Ederney 5K this Saturday (19th September), we’re switching things up tomorrow evening and taking everyone around the full 5K route at a nice, easy pace.

We’ll have designated walk breaks along the way to keep the group together and make sure everyone is comfortable - so absolutely all abilities are welcome. 🙌
