When we send out a casting, the information included is everything we have at that moment.

Sometimes we’ll have a full location, sometimes just a city. Call times and final details are often only confirmed by production the night before.

We completely understand wanting to be prepared, so please don’t worry — you will receive all the information you need as soon as we have it. ❤️

The TV & film industry can work differently, and sometimes the waiting is simply part of the process!

Parents — Please Just Click YES or NO!

We know life is busy, so we’ve made our availability checks as simple as possible.

When you receive an email from us asking if your youngster is available, all you need to do is click YES or NO. It only takes a few seconds!

Our digital system keeps track of responses, and if you don’t respond to 8 availability checks, your youngster’s profile will automatically be marked as inactive.

We really don’t want anyone to lose their place because of missed emails, so please:

* Check your inbox regularly
* Check your spam/junk folder
* Save our email address as a contact
* Click YES or NO every time we send an availability check

You don’t need to explain why you’re unavailable — a simple NO is absolutely fine!

Our system just needs to know you’ve seen the check and responded.

Please don’t ignore the email — just click YES or NO. It really is that easy!

⏰ DEADLINES MATTER!

Missing a deadline could be the difference between your youngster securing work or missing out.

Whether it’s responding to an availability check, submitting photos or completing paperwork, every deadline matters.

Most deadlines are not set by us. They are set by productions, casting teams or, in some cases, legal requirements.

We understand that life gets busy, but please don’t leave it until the last minute. A missed response or late submission can mean your youngster is no longer considered for an opportunity.

Don’t miss out because you missed the deadline.
