The Scottish Half Marathon is getting closer, and the training is paying off.

My trainers have officially been run into the ground—they’ve carried me through every early morning, every hard session, and every mile. Safe to say they’re hanging on by faith alone 👟 🤣

Running has taught me that results don’t come from motivation. They come from 4am wake ups, consistency, discipline, and self-control. Turning up when you don’t feel like it is where the real progress happens.

Every mile is for Bipolar Scotland, and every step is in memory of my mum who was Bipolar. She is the reason I refuse to quit.

Burning like a fire 🔥

Just over 2 weeks of training to go. I’ll make sure every mile counts.

FROM THE DANCEFLOOR TO THE TARMAC! 🔊🏃‍♂️

The gears are turning and the focus is locked in. While the team is busy behind the scenes sorting the PR and getting posters up across Edinburgh for the next massive Compression event on Friday 2nd October.

I’m putting in the physical miles on the road. In just 3 weeks (Sunday 16th August), I am running the Scottish Half Marathon! 🏁

I’m taking on this 13.1-mile challenge in loving memory of my Mum and raising vital funds for Bipolar Scotland. This cause means the world to me.
