If an AI causes harm, who should we sue? The developer, the user, or the AI itself? ⚖️

It's a question straight out of science fiction, but with the rise of autonomous systems, it's becoming a very real legal dilemma. In this clip, our expert guest explains why there's no simple answer.

Harm from AI is rarely caused by a single person, and traditional criminal laws often don't fully address this issue. The key, she suggests, might lie in figuring out who had 'control' over the AI's behaviour at the critical moment.
