Fast Snail Shout Out! 🐌

Perfect Deal Girls by !!

We are super excited to share with you this amazing show opening at Bedlam Theare on the 12th-17th 19th -25th at 11:00am.

'Two girls find themselves trapped in limbo following their sudden deaths, only to discover that they are not alone. Someone else is here, watching them, determining who gets to leave and who gets left behind. Haunted by their deaths and the lives they've lost, the two must battle each other and their own demons to face what they’re truly willing to do to escape.

A gruesome yet tender exploration of girlhood, this collage of memories, music and Y2K pop culture questions how young women survive in a system that asks them to tear each other down.'

The ever talented & have written this amazing piece and also perform in it!! And if you need another reason to go see it our Note of Concern director was the movement director for the play.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came to our Garden Party, who supported us, shared and liked our content and everyone who rooted for us to have a good night!

We did not anticipate that we would SELL OUT our first ever scratch night and we can’t thank everyone enough for their patience and support as we navigated our first event! We can’t wait to have more!!

We have some QR codes for feedback for the Snails, what you thought of the night and if there’s anything we could do better or what you would like to see from us. We also have another one for our Writers! Due to the chaotic ending, we are offering people a chance to put your feedback into a Google form which we will send to the writers!

Us snails are going to hibernate for a couple days but don’t worry! We’ll be sharing some content from our event soon!

🌻Fred Meyer Juice Cleanse by Kelsey Sullivan

Kelsey Sullivan (Writer/Actor)
Kelsey (she/her) is a playwright and producer based in Glasgow who enjoys q***r, feminist, and interactive theatre. With all of her work, she uses her distinctively disgusting voice to not only make her audiences laugh (and groan), but to turn “play” into a verb again for all involved. She loves squishy words, tolerates entropy, and hates dentists.

Sabrina Scott (Director)
Sabrina (she/her) considers herself to be a theatre historian who deeply loves directing and producing. She has an interest in “weird” works; science fiction, fantasy, and surrealist things. Throughout university Sabrina took multiple directing courses and acted as director and dramaturg for a capstone production of “Antigone”.

🌻The Ones Left Behind by Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson (Writer)
Michael (he/him)is an actor/writer from Glenrothes Fife. He most recently played Reece in ‘Wish You Were Here’ which is making its return to Fringe 2025. Michael is also the founder of Without Compromise Theatre, and was awarded the Creative Edinburgh Development Award last year for his work with the company.

Catriona Lamb (Director)
Catriona (she/her) is an emerging director and actor based in Glasgow, who enjoys working collaboratively with emerging performers. She is currently directing Reconnect Theatre’s Easter pantomime ‘The Wee Mermaid’ and alongside making her London directing debut on ‘Drama Girls’ (The Union Theatre).

Lorna Mcfarlane (Actor)
Lorna (she/her) loves to act on stage or screen and particularly loves performing new writing. Lorna has recently started writing herself which she is really enjoying too.

Jorgie Buchan (Actor)
Jorgie (she/her), originally from the North-East of Scotland, now living in Edinburgh, is a creative with specialities in acting, painting and more recently, writing and directing.

Louis is a comedian, filmmaker and theatre maker currently living in Glasgow.

🌸A Concrete Topiary by Ben Ramsay

Ben (He/Him) is a writer and director of film and theatre, primarily driven by a passion to tell genre-driven stories that reflect life in contemporary Scotland. Ben's work has been staged twice at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and he has worked for organisations across the country such as Playwright's Studio Scotland, Alchemy Arts, and the Almeida Theatre.
