A photo of a parcel marked “delivered” is not proof of delivery. Onus is on retailer to prove goods came into your physical possession (or were delivered in line with your instructions). Until then, goods remain at the trader’s risk.
Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies.

Things go from bad to worse with . This firm is simply not fit for purpose, with Health & Safety now involved over toilet facilities and fire safety concerns. If you’re ordering online, check which courier a retailer uses before placing your order.

Criminals intercept emails between solicitors & clients to alter bank details. Buyers receive fake emails about a law firm a/c change due to an "audit," prompting payments to another a/c. Fraudsters withdraw funds making them untraceable.
