We’ve been absolutely blown away by the incredible number of entries this year. The creativity, community spirit, and amount of hard work happening in village halls across the UK is nothing short of amazing.

Choosing just three winners was extremely difficult — genuinely, we could have picked dozens! So a massive thank you to everyone who took the time to submit their stories and ideas.

After much deliberation, we’re thrilled to announce this year’s winners:

After an electrical fire, this hall faced months of erratic bills — “refunds” posted as charges, missing credits, and the wrong VAT rate. But with calm persistence, clear records, and a smart meter, they got it all sorted.

The result? A corrected VAT status and £8,600 back.

It’s a brilliant reminder that attention to detail really pays off! 👏
