Windy says they wee amber/red clusters are thundery downpours - temperature drops a few degrees, the wind picks up, then Bish Bash Bosh in it comes . . . Torrential rain. Thunder. Hail. Gusty winds . . . In and out. Coming and going

Once it starts (with you) it’s probably on for a good 3-4 hours maybe more

All coming in from the SW mind, and slowly moving up through the country in a NE direction (you’ll get more details on my Premium Page) but this area of LOW pressure lingers for a few days

WEDNESDAY UPDATE SCOTLAND

Windy says just in case you missed this one last night - but it shouldn't come as a surprise as I've been forecasting it for a good few days now

This week in general stays mild, muggy and unsettled with a lot of rain in forecast - showers initially, heavy at times, merging into longer spells of rain for some, with thundery downpours. As forecast

Anyway. WEDNESDAY which was mid Atlantic when I posted this last night is now creeping into the SW corner of Scotland

For most, today will be the worst day of the week in general with it all coming in from the SW, with parts of the SW, southern and central Scotland seeing it first, before it creeps up through the country in a NE direction

By lunchtime (early afternoon) much of Scotland will be wet

Stays MILD with highs of +15/17c degrees

Today’s my pamper day anyway as I have a leg massage wae Clare at B:fit Personal Training & Massage Therapy, then later on I’m through at Duigan Chiropractic for my Flotation

My heads buzzin wae “good and bad” as I got my CT Coronary Angiogram results last week, and I’ve got a face to face tomorrow so my cardiologist can go through the numbers (I’m not a medical professional but they look no bad, but let’s wait and see what my cardiologist says)

We also pick up our new van on Friday from Calder Campers and I’m beyond buzzin oot ma f*king nut

And to cap that off I also have my first ever Kiltwalk on Sunday up in Aberdeen, and I always get antsy before a big event

I’m a highly strung Virgo and almost certainly on the Spectrum so you can imagine how I’m feeling just now . . . Overwhelmed with it all is an understatement ken 👀🤷‍♂️🤯💪😂

Might go for a run to clear ma head 🏃‍♂️🤯

Most of us are hovering about +10c degrees with today’s rain over the SW corner of Ireland (it should hit the SW corner of Scotland about 8-9am ish give or take)

I’ve also got 2 cockapoos on my side of the bed - the dangers of getting up for a Jimmy at 4 in the morning - the wee f*kers jump up and you lose yer spot
