Called out last night due to an extraction fan tripping the electrics after being fitted earlier that day. This is the reason kitchen fitters should stick to fitting kitchens 😂 direct short due to being incorrectly wired.

We’d like to apologise to anyone who has recently tried to contact us and experienced difficulty getting through.

Following a recent system and provider change during our business upgrade, our main line was unfortunately affected which resulted in some calls not connecting as expected.

This issue has now been resolved and our phone lines are fully operational again.

As part of this upgrade, we are expanding our services to better support our customers with:

Important Announcement from Astralite

Dear Valued Customers,
After serving our community since 1974, we have made the difficult decision to close our shop premises due to spiraling costs. We feel it would be wrong to forward such costs on to our valued customers.

While our physical store will no longer be open to the public, Astralite will continue to trade and provide our high-quality services. We will be fully mobile, and any electronic repairs will be collected and dropped off once repaired. You can still reach us for all your aerial and satellite needs through our website, phone, and email.

We plan to close our shop at the end of August, in the meantime we will be transferring our landline and any other services to our new office.

We deeply appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to serve you in this new chapter.

Good Afternoon Facebook Friends,

We are looking to repeat what we did the last couple of years where we gave away working TVs for less fortunate Families at Christmas.

If anybody would like to donate there unwanted / faulty TVs, games consoles or Even Laptops we will try to refurb / repair to give away.
