A mysterious morning through my eyes, while enjoying a very cold and very early wander through our quaint city.

Coffee and chat with a good friend, peaceful arty creativity (this), a couple of errands and a wander around the market, picking up some pretty daffodils for my daughter. Iā€™m so proud of how she is navigating her own path in life. šŸ˜Š

Earlier this morning, while I crunched through the soft pillowy white snow, I caught this rather atmospheric shot of Ely Porta lit by the moon.

It comes with its drawbacks of course, but overall I love snow. And Iā€™m happy that my kids have seen some this year. šŸ˜Š

An evening stroll through the cold wintry streets of Ely just now, offered me the opportunity to take this shot of the moon being caught by the ā€œcrownā€ atop the Cathedral Lantern Tower.

I was happy to find something which pleased my eyes enough to share with you, on this New Yearā€™s Day. I hope you find it interesting.
