This week’s theme for the agency? Working smarter… because the number of hours in a week still hasn’t increased (rude). 🥱

We’ve been exploring time-saving tools to help us stay on top of projects, keep clients in the loop, and boost productivity 🚀📈

Two that stood out so far:
☕ ClickUp www.clickup.com — an all-in-one task manager and project planner that’s proving easy to use, customisable, and great for collaboration. Even the free version feels pretty powerful (a rare find!).

💬 Beeper — because trying to keep track of messages across multiple channels was getting chaotic. Setup took a while 🤯 and seeing everything in one long list is… a lot 😅 — but we’re hoping it’ll help us catch messages faster and save serious time.

Oh, and we also built a custom GPT for quote inspiration — and it was hilariously bad. 😬 Proof (again) that AI still needs human oversight!

Our mission is to make the world more productive. To do this, we built the everything app for work - Tasks, Docs, Goals, and Chat.

AI isn’t replacing marketers - it’s empowering us to achieve more in a week than we used to in a month. The strategy, the creativity, the human insight - those remain at the heart of everything we do - now fueled by technological advancement (and, of course, caffeine). ☕

What a day! Networking in Exeter: BNI City Wall first thing this morning. Devon Chamber of Commerce Pitch & Procure event next, then finishing the day with a Budget insights evening delivered by Thompson Jenner Chartered Accountants. Thank you to all the organisations for welcoming me and to everyone I connected with.

Big thanks to Alistair Gibson for inviting me to his BNI chapter this morning. It really set the tone for my day and reminded me why is such a vital activity for businesspeople and what a great place Exeter and the wider South West is to do business! 😊

Really enjoyable day meeting new people and fantastic South West businesses at the , including Socie Tree who are busy helping urban children understand the environment and inspiring them to connect with nature through the introduction of micro forests into their grounds. Amazing endeavour. Looking forward to the next one Devon Chamber of Commerce!
