Trying to get my wiper arms off but they're seized on.
Issue is they are seized on. Tried a battery terminal puller. Nothing. Tried a bit of heat. Nothing. Put wd40 on it beforehand. Still can't get it off. Any advice

This is the second tired this week I paid $60 for a tire that lasted 2 days I took it back to the guy and he said that he could sell me a better tire for another 20 so I paid $80 for this tire and it lasted 3 days but I guess that's what I get for getting used tires can't really afford a new one but he's going to make this right with me or I'm going to tell everybody where it's at
