🎧Sunday means one thing…new episode release day!

This week we are joined by the ever-curious Neuro Noob for a laugh out loud adventure on a family farm.

Meet Maggie May - a distractible, forgetful girl whose chores always seem to turn into chaos. From chickens in imaginary hats to carrot puppet shows, a horse who thinks it’s a dog, runaway ducks, and one very cheeky goat.

Maggie’s Market Day goes hilariously wrong but sometimes the best mistakes make the best stories.

Perfect for neurodivergent kids (and their parents), this funny and relatable story also explores why children with ADHD may get side-tracked more easily and why that can be part of what makes them so wonderfully creative.

Loved chatting with about how video can support neurodivergent kids in sport.

There is power in playing back performance and giving clarity through video.

🎧New episode!

Toby doesn’t just love football, he lives it. But when he goes to watch England in the World Cup Final, the pressure of “silence during penalties” makes his tic bubble up until it bursts out: “EEE-YAHH!” What feels like the most embarrassing moment ever quickly turns into something unforgettable.

A funny, heartwarming story about football, tics, and discovering that being different can be your greatest strength.

âś…It gives language, not limits.
Kids already notice differences. A clear, kind name gives them words for what they feel and why certain tools help. Language shrinks worry and grows confidence.
Try this: “Your brain has a name for how it works. Knowing it helps us choose tools that fit you.”

âś…It unlocks support and self-advocacy.
When a child knows their diagnosis, they can ask for what they need at school, clubs, and home. It turns “why can’t I” into “here is what helps me.”
Try this: “Because your brain is autistic/ADHD/dyslexic, we can plan things like visuals, movement breaks, or headphones. You can remind grown-ups of these.”

âś…It connects them to identity and community.
Names connect us to role models, books, podcasts, and peers who think and feel in similar ways. That belonging reduces shame and boosts pride.
Try this: “Lots of people have a brain like yours. Let’s find stories and heroes who share your brain style.” For example, Neuro Nook Storytime!

Gentle reminder: keep it age-appropriate, strength-first, and ongoing. Check in often: “How does this word feel today?” You are not boxing them in. You are giving them a map and a flashlight. 💛🗺️🔦
