We took a group of Folkestone Academy students to the amazing Rocksalt - Restaurant and Bar to learn about working in a restaurant. Thanks to Marcin, Helen and Jack for showing us around! It's great to see one of the best restaurants in the UK employing and training local young people. Thanks to educational Academy FM Folkestone, and Tesco Groundworks for making this possible :-)

Some of our students interviewed Sarah & Analise from Home Instead - Folkestone, Hythe & Ashford about working in the care sector. Analise is an ex-Academy student now in a successful career, and Turner Sixth Form teaches Health & Social Care.
