Another little hunt yesterday on a small permission I have done a fair bit, started well with a crotal bell first hole and then a nice little medieval buckle but the finds fizzled out.

As well as my normal metal detecting, I also offer lost item recovery. Here is a video from a couple of years ago of me returning an engagement ring I found for Jess. She lost it at a village fete the previous August and I went to look for it at the time but had no success. However I actually have permission to detect on the field where the fete is held and just happened to find the ring 10 months later, so I reached back out to Jess to arrange return 👍😁

So rewarding being able to return treasured lost items 😁💪
