Hello you lovely lot… long time no speak ❣️

Firstly, thank you for your patience and kindness while I’ve been a little quiet. For those who didn’t see my last post, my back went on the 2nd of January which left me pretty much bed bound and unable to do much.💔

After a very slow start to the year, I’m finally moving easier and feeling more like myself again.🙏🏻 I do still need to take things steady and ease myself back in gently… but progress is progress.🥰

So I’m treating this as my New Year 😅 taking it one day at a time and listening to my body.

Today I’ll be working my way through messages and 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗯𝘆𝗥𝗠𝗕 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲! 🥳

Some of you may have noticed my radio silence over the last week,so I wanted to give you a little update.🫶🏼

My new year didn’t get off to the most positive start due to my back completely going 😩 and I’ve barely been able to move, let alone do anything. It’s been incredibly frustrating and, honestly, quite gutting! 💔

Even the simplest of tasks have felt impossible, but I’m so unbelievably grateful for my incredible husband and family who have stepped in to help me through this. I truly don’t know what I’d have done without them.🤍

For now, I’m taking each day as it comes and listening to my body. I’ll keep you updated as and when I can.
