A Tribute to John Joe McKenna R.I.P.
Over the years I had the privilege of filming in many areas North & South. One place that will always stick in my mind is the Desertmartain / Draperstown aera where I made many films. Men like Joe Johnston, Jack McGuckin, Albert Scott, Jackie Barkley, John Costello and John Joe McKenna to name but few, these men had a great interest in vintage machinery. In these few clips we focus on one such man John Joe McKenna at the age of 98 passed away this morning. John Joe you will be sadly missed I will never forget you for the memories and crack that we had together.

In 2008 I had the pleasure of making a VHS Video of Tom Laverty singing "The Green Fields of France." Through the good old years it has went from VHS to DVD now with the help of Ai technology its has ended up like this. I hope you enjoy one of the old time favourites sung beautifully by Tom.
