A Glasgow institution has re-opened under new management after closing its doors two years ago.

Ziques, based on Hyndland Street in Partick hit the market in 2023 after first opening in 2001.

Founded by Mhairi Taylor as Delizique in 2001, and later known as Zique’s, the name is a nod to her grandfather, who fought in the Spanish Civil War with the International Brigade.

Now, the beloved spot has begun a new chapter under owner Fergus McCoss and Michelin-trained chef Robbie Smith.
