3-Minute Calm Focus Exercise:

Find a Quiet Spot: Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Breathe Deeply but gently: Take 3 slow, gentle breaths.Mouth closed, Inhale for 4 seconds, with mouth slightly open, gently blow out 4 soft breaths.

Visualize Calm: Picture a peaceful placeโ€”like a beach or forest. Imagine the sights, sounds, and sensations.

Repeat a Calm Phrase: Silently say, "I am calm. I am safe." Repeat this for 1-2 minutes.

This helps you focus on calm, not anxiety, by reinforcing peaceful thoughts.
