We’re so excited to announce Emerging Sparks; a 24 month creative and wellbeing programme designed to support neurodivergent and marginalised gender young people facing isolation, economic hardship, or discrimination. 💛

Through inclusive workshops, peer support, and creative opportunities.
Emerging Sparks will help participants build confidence, resilience, and community connections.

This project has been made possible thanks to players and the National Lottery Community Fund 🎉

Freddie is a performance and video artist, with plans to move into film in the future. His work explores themes of masculinity, class, and materialism.

He is just about to complete his Fine Art BA at London Metropolitan University. 📜

Suti Glass Art has been part of the Wild & Kind for 2 years, evolving from crafting beautiful Tiffany-style pieces to focusing on architectural stained glass and restoring historic panels—some hundreds of years old! 🪞✨

Derek, the artist behind Suti Glass Art, is passionate about preserving traditional stained glass techniques and shares his skills through hands-on workshops. 🎨🖌️

🌟 Meet Trudi Donahue, founder of Wild & Kind! 🌟

With 8 years of experience in social enterprise, Trudi has guided businesses through some of the toughest challenges — from Brexit to the pandemic and the ongoing cost of living crisis.

As a neurodivergent entrepreneur, Trudi’s creativity and resilience shine through. Her ADHD has shaped an adaptive, problem-solving mindset that’s both innovative and inspiring. 💡

Trudi is passionate about sharing her knowledge and supporting fellow neurodivergent founders whenever she can. Whether it’s offering advice, running free workshops, or just being there to listen, she’s all about building an inclusive and supportive community. 💪✨

And here’s something cool — Trudi’s currently channeling her creativity into making a point-and-click adventure computer game! 🎮🌈 Combining storytelling and problem-solving, it’s a project that truly reflects her unique vision and love for creative challenges.

This is Helen, our Chief Operating Officer at Wild & Kind.

Helen brings solid experience from the retail sector, with a background in store management, regional sales, and training & development across Scotland and London. Her practical approach and operational knowledge help guide the business through both steady and uncertain times.

Alongside her COO role, Helen also manages the day-to-day running of our coworking space and studios, and prepares the lunches we provide in-house.👩‍🍳

As a mum of two, she’s no stranger to multitasking — and her steady hand plays a big part in keeping things moving behind the scenes. ❤️⚡️
