We all love Halloween (goths especially!) but we must take care to wear outfits that don’t offend or isolate others.

Subcultures aren’t excluded from this rule. When you dress as a goth, punk or emo for Halloween, you help perpetuate the idea that the alternative lifestyle and community is little more than a costume. Instead, why not dress up as your favourite gothic character or idol? Or a figure from gothic literature? 🥀
