Following on from last week’s look at the summer film slate, we’re turning our attention to the small screen. Television is in a fascinating state right now—streaming giants, legacy broadcasters, and surprise indie hits are all battling for our time and attention. The Piehole Report for 29/08/25

Braised Feather Blade of Beef from The Buttery

I hope the last proper week of light nights has been kind to you. With the thought of no sunsets beyond 20:00 until April, I can feel the SAD creeping in. Fear not though, as will be back tomorrow to discuss the summer movie season. It was a lot of fun getting back to the roots of the show and reflecting on the summer in film.

Episode #30 drops tomorrow at 10am!
