A few days in Germany, plenty of reasons to stop for a photo. 📸

Cologne, Bremen and Düsseldorf through my lens. Cologne Cathedral’s towering spires and intricate stonework, Bremen’s historic square, Roland statue and windmill after dark, and Düsseldorf’s curved waterfront buildings and fountains along Königsallee.

Mixed in with the landmarks are the everyday details — a blue scooter on the cobbles, graffiti by the steps and quiet streets after dark. I love seeing how much the character changes from one city to the next.

Will diesel hit £2 per litre in Glasgow this week?

Prices photographed across the city show diesel at 192.9p at Morrisons, 198.9p at BP and 199.9p at Shell — just 0.1p away from £2.

Standard diesel has never reached an average price of £2 per litre, although individual forecourts in Scotland have crossed that mark during previous price spikes.
