We've got our biggest appearance of the Sanctum Troopers on Saturday. Couriers have been most amused to make recent deliveries of riot helmets 😁. Quite a big market out there (if you know where to look) that caters for police cosplay, air soft and protest groups. It would be wrong to call them the 'baddies' as they believe that they are carrying out a crucial law enforcement job. One thing I'd like to do in series 2 of The Priesthood is get into the soul of one of these characters and explore their back story and motivations. Graeme 😎🎬

Character profile no. 9. Sister Angela is played by Vanashree Thapliyal. Vanashree has a number of theatre and film roles under her belt and has brought her depth of experience to her portrayal of this key member of The Priesthood.

We've been blessed with some amazing locations in The Priesthood, most provided to us for very modest fees or no fees at all. It's the one thing that makes an ambitious series like this possible, the generous help of the community and community organisations. 😀

Character profile no. 8. Bianca Cooper is the mysterious Spider. Bianca previously played young people in commercials and children's television and has brought some of that with a darker edge to The Priesthood.

Character profile no. 7. David Albury is Father Marcus, the leader of The Priesthood. David has appeared in many films over the years with his first appearance being 'Chariots of Fire' in 1981.

Character profile no. 6. Kirsty Scott is Commander Conran of the Sanctum Military Command. Kirsty was one of the first actors to join the cast and is Shakespearean trained.

Gabz Anne Barker plays the Village Mother in The Priesthood and has a career that includes Ken Russels' The Who rock musical 'Tommy', 70's classic dinosaur movie 'The Land That Time Forgot" and two Glass Bullet Pictures movies The Prey Specimen Red and Legend of Black Diamond as well as many others....🎥📽🎞😀
