Einstein's first violin has sold for £860,000 😮

It's set a new house record for Dominic Winter Auctioneers in Gloucestershire - far exceeding its guide price of up to £300,000.

Einstein was a keen violinist and it's believed this was the first violin he ever bought, which he'd play around the same time he was writing his papers on relativity.

But it’s a bit of a lottery: skies across the West are expected to be generally cloudy, with thicker cloud pushing in from the north later. That means viewing opportunities will be sporadic.

It's a 'lunar halo' - a bright ring around the moon caused by the refraction of moonlight when it passes through ice crystals in the upper atmosphere. They're also known as ‘moon dogs’.
