Public speaking is scary, and that can be extremely annoying when you have a such a passion to contribute to others with your words.

We fear the mistakes we could make and look silly. I say don't overthink it and do it. If you make an ass of yourself, rejoice in the fact you have the damn courage to be bigger than yourself.

There is fantastic tips and training for a powerful delivered speech...yes! And so is a real authentic expression - say what you mean, and the blips will go over time. Ummm and ahhh away, shake with nerves, you brave soldier!

It's important you find out who you are when taking the journey of self discovery. Who you are and what you have is unique and no amount of techniques or methods can replace what you have, although they can help find out who you really are.

Welcome to my life coach page!

My aim of this page is to share helpful inspiring content to give food for thought on life, as well as tell you what I do and what's coming up with the work I do.

For years I've always wanted to be a service to others and make a real difference, where I can unlock people's true potential from within. It's been so strong at times, it's been hard to ignore.

In my own life, I've been through a lot of personal hardship and was determined to understand how my mind and life worked. Today I live a much freer way of being, and of course, is always ongoing.

After going through so much healing and having my own coaching, I've been inspired to become a life coach and help others with my work.

You could call me a mindset coach, anxiety and stress coach, a spiritual or soul coach, a parenting coaching, or self care coach. I could be any of those to who needs me to be that aspect of life coaching. You choose, we work with it, together.

My main work is to explore, listen and understand you... to be a guide to where you need or want to be and to show you what's hidden from your own awareness. That's it!

It might not sound much, but in real time when the barriers and restraints are literally removed and you can see clearly, your confidence and clarity will show through. That is the real you, pure and simple.

You'll realise all the other stuff which is leaving you confused or in discomfort is learned behavior and excess baggage that needs to be shed, so life doesn't have to be so heavy.

We carry a lot of stuff around in life which isn't in our direct awareness... once we become aware, we can choose peace of mind every time we catch ourselves falling back.

My work is also to encourage you to be courageous and make the jump... take a leap of faith - the thing you really want to do and I have your back cheering you on! 💪
