Last night, my little one woke up with a blocked nose and was struggling to breathe comfortably. 🥺

I added one drop of Silver Bird to warm water, used a towel to gently apply it around her nose and face so she could inhale the vapour, and then applied a little palm kernel oil around her nose and face. About 20 minutes later, she had settled and was sleeping comfortably again. ❤️

I also use palm kernel oil on her skin, and honestly, her skin has been looking so soft and glowy✨🥰

Living in the UK, I always make sure I have palm kernel oil at home, especially as we head into the colder months.
