A lot of y’all only share space with people cause y’all share the same bad habits. Drinking every day, smoking all day, outside every weekend, eating out every day, gossiping… all that. Once you start changing how you move, watch how quick certain “friends” fall back. When I started wanting better I noticed it got quieter around me, but that’s part of growth. Don’t let that make you feel lonely, cause eventually you’re going to attract people who match the version of you you worked hard to become.
