Repaired Skin Barrier - Glow-up Warrior!!

My gorgeous friend and upline (leader) in Tropic Becky posted yesterday , I’m so proud of her. She thanked all her warrior women who support her - I think Becky deserves a shout out too!

Hello Monday!!!

Today I’m thinking about dehydration and dehydrated skin. It’s so easy to let skin sensitivity become a big problem.

Think dry, flaky, itchy, fine lines deepening, irritation and red skin.

In any skin care ritual you also need hydration of the body. No amount of product on the skin will compensate if your body is dehydrated.

So grab a 2L bottle of water. Make your rainbow fruit and veg count. Sleep isn’t easy when you’re suffering insomnia. But being in bed resting, closing your eyes will help your body regenerate.
