We're looking for an experienced Director of Technical Operations to join our senior leadership team.

This is a key role within the business, leading the end-to-end technical delivery of our sports productions across studio, remote and outside broadcast environments.

We’re looking for someone who can combine strategic technical leadership with hands-on operational oversight, helping us deliver high-quality, reliable and scalable productions, while also driving innovation across broadcast, digital and emerging platforms.

Channel 4 has launched OnTrack, a new Paralympic alumni network!

OnTrack is open to disabled creatives who have taken part in a Paralympic Production Training Scheme (PTS) and/or received an off-screen credit on Channel 4’s Paralympic coverage, and who are currently working in — or looking to work in — the TV industry. It offers a valuable network to connect, collaborate and build careers.

We’ve been proud to support Channel 4’s Paralympic journey from the very start, and playing a role in its production training schemes has been a real highlight — making this initiative all the more meaningful to us.
