New launch: The Plough Inn

Continuing our collaboration with The Ebrington Collection, we designed and built the new website for The Plough Inn in Kelmscott.

Positioned as a cosy countryside getaway, complete with an exceptional menu of pub classics and smaller plates, as well as offering eight characterful ensuite bedrooms.

We focused on ease of navigation, streamlining the user journey and engaging visitors with their new imagery to showcase this quintessential Oxfordshire pub.

After working with our agency partner, Boutique on the first iteration of their website, we were honoured to work with our friends again on the design and development of their new website 🙌

With Boutique’s brand focus on using data and insight to drive intelligent solutions, as well as the power of their consultative model, we worked with the team throughout the new sitemap, design and development process to showcase the key areas of the business, as well as emphasise forms of movement, and touches of animation to align with their brand messaging 💫

From hosting conferences, initiating their B@Home Reports, supporting employees to realise their full potential, and demonstrating their D.I.S.C.O consultative model, it’s been a unifying project between our teams. Check it out! 👀

New project launch: Brown & Newirth®

Established in 1967, Brown & Newirth® have become one of the largest jewellery manufacturers in the UK. To this day, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted to order using traditional and modern techniques.

We’ve worked with the team for the last 10 years, from the previous iteration of their website, to this latest project. The brief:

👉 Design and build a new website in WordPress
👉 Implement a brand refresh across their online channels
👉 Consult and provide strategic guidance on the sitemap
👉 Implement their updated brand guide throughout the wireframes and website design
👉 Collaborate and integrate with their third-party insurance providers
👉 Support with product data restructuring and NAV feed in order to accommodate the split customer base of retailers and consumers
👉 Implement different user pathways for their unique Concierge® service based on product selections
👉 Create different email automation flows and triggers based on different user journeys
👉 Style, manage and produce multiple photoshoots, from product-only dedicated studio shoots to on-location, lifestyle photography

Having first become a pub 200 years ago, The Ebrington Arms captures the Cotswold essence of a homely and welcoming village pub, that is cosy and snug with a landscaped alfresco terrace and garden.

The brief:
• To work on the entire proposition from the branding, including typography and colour palette, website design and website development
• Create a brand that brought a sense of modernism whilst still remaining sensitive to the history and locality of the pub
• Represent the local Cotswold area whilst appealing to a wider audience
• Create interactive page designs and a structured navigational journey
• Develop an effective user journey that encourages bookings and conversion
• Create an easy to-use CMS to allow the team internally to update content, imagery and add journal articles
