Then last night we went to see the show at Sunderland empire and it was amazing!

First time seeing the show and if you get the chance to see it then You definitely need to.

Next extreme cake is country music themed... Can't wait to get started 😉😀

Dream come true!

I was so honoured when Sunderland Empire got in touch and asked me to create a cake for their press and gala night.

Moulin Rouge! The Musical is currently at Sunderland Empire as part of its world tour, and the production team asked me to recreate the iconic windmill as a cake.

Being a Cake King cake, it had to be BIG — and this is officially the biggest cake I've ever made! Complete with working lights and even a spinning windmill, this one was definitely a challenge.

From start to finish, it took 31 hours to decorate, but seeing it all come together made every minute worth it.

A huge thank you to everyone involved for trusting me with such a special project!

And to everyone who has sent lovely comments and messages.

We are going to see the show on Monday and we can't wait to see it ❤️🙌🏻

I never get to see the cakes at parties 😱

But today that changed! I love seeing everyone's reactions to the cakes, after spending hours working on them.

Domin-oh-Hoo-Hoo

Another dream come true... finally some one ordered a pizza cake! Thanks to claire for this amazing order for her son's 16th birthday.

I love food cakes and this was so much fun to make. The cake is a 10" chocolate cake, carved and decorated to look like a pizza. Complete with cookies, garlic dip and chicken strips.

I event customised the pizza box label to feature a birthday message... and his order.

How I started making cakes??

I promise, it's not as glamorous as you may think 🤣

I had no idea that when I started taking cakes seriously, about 12 years ago that it would go like this. Getting to make crazy sculpted cakes and 3D cakes for all of your events and parties.

I actually fell into cake decorating when I helped my mam and grandma make a cake for my cousins birthday. Something obviously stuck as I absolutely loved it and have been making cakes since.

Thankfully, they've got slightly better than my first ever cake... keep watching to see if you can spot it!
