โI cheat a lot.โ ๐ญ๐ Lagos man makes a wild confession
What would you do if someone you were dating looked you straight in the face and said:
๐ โI cheat a lot.โ
That was the confession we got from this male guest in Lagos.
We asked whether he had ever cheated on a partner.
He admitted that he had.
Then, without much hesitation, he added:
๐ญ โI cheat a lot.โ
And the hostโs reaction?
โBam bam bam bam!โ ๐
It was definitely one of those moments where the answer almost stops the interview.
But it also raises an interesting relationship question.
We often say we want people to be honest.
We want people to tell us who they really are.
We want to know the red flags before becoming emotionally invested.
But what happens when someone actually does exactly that?
Imagine they tell you from the beginning:
โFaithfulness is something I struggle with.โ
Would their honesty make you trust them more because at least they are not pretending?
Or would the confession itself tell you everything you need to know?
Because there is a difference between:
๐ Making one mistake
and
๐จ Admitting that something is a repeated pattern.
So letโs hear your opinion.
If somebody openly admitted:
โI cheat a lot.โ
Would you:
๐ช Walk away immediately
๐ Hear their explanation first
โค๏ธ Give them one chance
๐ค Believe people can change
โ Never trust them in a relationship
And one more question:
Does admitting a red flag make it any less of a red flag?
