Bitten Fruit Books has been going since September 2010, initially with the idea of publishing poetry, shorter stories, and mind-body-spirit titles. In 2015, we decided to focus solely on Satin Smoke Press, our imprint for fantasy author, Dianna Hardy, and this had been our focus ever since

Bitten Fruit Books was born in September, 2010, and has always been a personal venture, exploring creativity from the heart. We believe in Uncensored Expression for Soul Growth. We support the holistic business model and consistently seek ways to expand without limiting ourselves within the confines of "money for business survival".

AS A PUBLISHER

Bitten Fruit Books explores the darker (or less acceptable) side of life and love through stories, and believes that doing so can heal wounds and bridge gaps. Our books touch on an array of unconventional relationships and societal taboos. We don't shy away from uncomfortable topics, but we do wrap them up in a coat of supernatural fantasy - starring witches, demons, angels, werewolves and more - which makes the dark a little easier to traverse. We have two imprints: Satin Smoke Press (the dark fantasy and romance of Dianna Hardy) and Between Fire & Ice (Mind, Body, Spirit titles, workshops and courses, including private publications).
