👋🏼 WE’RE BACK!
What was supposed to be a month off, turned into 2 🫣 but our cup has been well & truly re-filled 🫶🏼
Yoga + Mobility classes will be resuming on Monday evenings from 18th November 18:00 - 19:00 - a class suited to all levels of fitness & flexibility 🧘🏼♀️
The class is built around mindful movement; moving with intention to help us build our mind to muscle connection, strength, balance, endurance, and overall range of motion in the body.
You can expect the first half of the class to be filled with an exploration of dynamic movements, then we’ll flow into some traditional vinyasa style movements for the last half 💫
