At Hope House St Helens, we’re here every day supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. 💙

From hot meals, showers, and clean clothing, to advice, advocacy, and help accessing housing, healthcare, and benefits.

Our aim is simple, to provide dignity, support, and a pathway forward.

If you’d like to support our work, whether through donations, volunteering, or simply sharing this post, it really does make a difference.

Together, we can continue to support those who need it most. 🙌

The new council in St Helens have ignored the pledge of school uniform help announced by our last council leader Anthony Burns. It’s getting a bit late for parents and carers to rely on that. It won’t happen in my opinion.

Free uniform is always available at T.A.N.G.O Community Project, Park Street WA11 0BG. There’s uniform for schools local to Haydock and Blackbrook along with plain uniform.

Shop open Monday to Thursday 10am - 2pm.

THE situation surrounding two of the most headline-grabbing pledges announced in St Helens Council's 2026 budget is expected to be clarified…
