A Huge Shoutout to a Stockport Hero: The Stockport Talking Newspaper Association! 📰🎧

I was honoured to be invited to record a 10-minute segment for the amazing Stockport Talking Newspaper Association this morning!

For those who don't know, this wonderful organisation provides a totally FREE weekly audio service for blind or visually impaired people in our area.

They send out a USB stick packed with the latest from the Stockport Express, local news, history segments, music, and quizzes. The best part? The USB sticks are sent and returned using a freepost envelope—making it fully accessible and easy to use!

Spread the Word: We want to help the Talking Newspaper reach more people! If you know someone who is blind or visually impaired and would love to hear the news and local stories, please tell them about this amazing, free service.

Really sorry to hear about Andrew Illiker-Reeve. He and wife both came down with the lurgy. The Trans Pennine Trail walk is now scheduled for the second week in April 26. Sending best wishes from all at the Talking Newspaper and get well soon x
